VIETNAM EXPO 2018 with its theme “Vietnam Expo - Enhancing Regional and Global Economic Links” continuously plays its roles as one of the largest and most crucial trade promotion events in the trade and industry sector, indicating the sense of cooperation and connectivity as the key trend in the global economy. Over the years, Vietnam Expo has well performed its roles as a mediator of trade promotion linking countries in the region; constantly outreached to developed nations through annual organizing and enlarging database of enterprises, particularly well-known brands to display their new technologies; and delivered activities such as consultancy, seminars, and business matching events.
The 28th Vietnam Expo will last from April 11th - 14th, 2018 at International Exhibition Center (ICE) - 91 Tran Hung Dao, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi. At present, the Exhibition is expected to attract over 450 enterprises from 16 provinces/ cities in Vietnam and 23 countries and territories, such as Russia, Korea, China, Nepal, Thailand, Japan, Singapore, Cuba, Laos, Cambodia, Taiwan, Hong Kong,...In addition, international pavilions include Russia, Cuba, Korea, Nepal, China, and Vietnam.
The bilateral economic cooperation between Vietnam and the Russian Federation was a spotlight in the year 2017 and both sides have agreed to accelerate the implementation of the FTA between Vietnam and Europe-Asian Economic Union by increasing bilateral trade volume up to USD20 billion by 2020. That Russia Federation attends VIETNAM EXPO as a guest of honor has been considered as a significant event that facilitates further trade promotion for both sides. In the area of 520m2, Russian companies will present their major products such as mechanical processing, precision mechanics, automation equipment, industrial biotechnology, high-tech electronics.
It is strongly believed that the participation in Vietnam Expo is a valuable opportunity for foreign businesses and guests since it has witnessed hundreds of cooperation agreements/memorandums of understanding were signed, creating thousands of collaboration opportunities in the future. More importantly, local enterprises will gain big advantages in the Exhibition to introduce their products and local culture to foreign participants who are coming to Hanoi and seeking their partners for trade deals. Despite infrastructure deficit, the Organizer recognizes that they should concentrate on a professional organization and proactively encourage business matching events with an aim to pursue 50-50 imports and exports balance.

Vietnam Value granted enterprises, prominent brands, start-up enterprises, and regional agricultural enterprises are "diverse pieces" of the whole picture of the coming Exhibition, notably Hapro Corporation, Tran Phu Mechanical Electric, Binh Minh Plastics, Duy Tan Plastic, Habeco, Dien Quang Lamp, TCT Paper, TCT Tea, Binh Son Petrochemicals, etc ... These brands constantly come up with innovations and make their active moves in the context of economic integration.
