Bat Trang traditional ceramic village is known by domestic and abroad customers with many famous artisans who have contributed a lot to build the brand of Bat Trang pottery village. Honored to be the third generation descendant of Mr. Pham Van Huynh, who won the title of artisan at the Indochinese handicraft competition in 1942 and had many unique ceramic products branded Bao Quang, so far several products are maintained at the National and International Museums. In order to continuously develop the profession of our ancestors, Bao Quang Bat Trang Traditional Ceramics Co., Ltd was established in 2001 and has produced many products of high traditional value, with a team of skilled workers. The company has many years of experience, especially the company has quickly applied advanced scientific technologies to production, to improve product quality to a new level.
Every year, Bao Quang exports millions of high-quality products bearing Vietnamese folklore. Bao Quang’s products are present in almost all domestic and foreign markets such as: France, Japan, USA, Korea… Besides, Bao Quang still retains and produces traditional handmade ceramic products such as: Choé (ceramic jar), Chum (fired clay/earthenware/terra-cotta jar), flower vase, enamel reef that has its own and unique embossed pattern that not all pottery kilns have.
Since 2010, Bao Quang Co., Ltd. has cooperated with Hop Luc Porcelain Industry Cooperative to promote production and develop tourism services to Bat Trang traditional pottery village and has achieved much success, welcoming many delegations in and abroad, successfully organized tours for schools to learn about the history of craft villages and help students increase their understanding of Bat Trang porcelain products.
