Formed in the 1950s, the people of Viet Cuong village (Hoa Thuong, Dong Hy district, Thai Nguyen province) quickly attached themselves to the profession of making vermicelli – a traditional dish of the Northern region. From there, Viet Cuong vermicelli craft village was born.
